External cord masking + TV Mounting (Tech provides cord masking parts & I have my own mount)

We do not mount on plaster, tile, stone, or multi-layered facades, nor on external walls.

In-wall cord concealment is not available for surfaces above a fireplace, or brick.

Customers must supply any HDMI cables prior to tech arrival.

We do not service specialized mounts (motorized, pillar, ceiling, corner, mantel, drop-down).

We do not install mounts on single studs, surfaces with no studs, or outside locations / exterior surfaces.

The bottom of the TV cannot measure more than 8 feet from the ground.

This service does NOT include trash haul away.

There must be at least (1) wall stud available if toggle bolts are to be used in the absence of another wall stud.
